Wild nature, millions of flowers and Cretan climate create the perfect environment to produce delicious honey and high quality bee products. Our main goal is to capture the flavors provided to us by nature, by chasing raw monofloral honeys with rare tastes and aromas, all the while respecting her for providing.

​What is most important to us is offering honey, which is raw and untreated directly from the beehives. Our organic honey is unheated and unfiltered which means it contains all the important vitamins, minerals, amino acids and enzymes.

By keeping our sustainable apiaries stationary throughout the year, we manage to diminish our carbon (CO2) emissions, thus creating a sustainable business model.

The island of Crete provides an excellent environment for organic honey production, far away from intensive agriculture. Cretan wild nature, where our bees collect the honey from, is free from pesticides, chemicals and fertilizers. In that direction, in order to keep our hives healthy, we exclusively use organic treatments.
